Rules for 55-card deck building
Spellfire comes with 55 cards. Those cards include realms, holdings, champions, allies, events, spells, magical items, and artifacts. Everything depends on the player and the deck. It is important to note that the game has different card types and comes with different purposes and values.
There can only be one instance of a card in a deck. In the new Spellfire game, the rule is simple. The card is considered the same if it has the same picture. Keep in mind that old Spellfire Classic booster cards will have a different name, art, and power. Also, there are different deck limits for each card type.
* The champions in a deck cannot total more than 90 levels. Look at the number on the card and determine the champion's level. If there is more than one, the first number on an icon should be used. Players can include one avatar in their deck for free. Avatar's levels do not count toward the 90-level maximum, and it does count as one champion.
** The dungeon card does not count towards the 55-card total. The dungeon card can be used as the additional 56th card, but it is a suggestion, not a rule.
• Cards Drawn: draw 3 cards to begin your turn.
• Hand Size: you can have a hand size of up to 8 cards.
• Realms: A six-realm must be placed by the player to declare the winner.
