This potion is very interesting, but fairly weak. It has no power while in play, and only a temporary effect when discarded.
When discarded, the champion it was attached to gains 3-12 (3d4) levels, averaging out at 7.5 levels. Since there are many better ways to gain these levels through allies, spells, or simply a higher icon bonus magic item, this is not that great of an icon bonus, especially since the item doesn't stay so it can be tripled by cards like Oil of Impact (30/CH).
However, that is also it's best advantage, since that means that the 3d4 levels can not be stolen or destoryed by an opponent. Despite that, it is probably not enough of an advantage to validate using this card, and it will probably only be used in fun games by people who love using dice. The meager level bonus is not enough even to validate using manipulators like Rigged Dice (22/MI).
