Story

Thieves are annoying little scums, and the world of Spellfire breeds plenty of them. Look away for a brief second, and your basket with goodies is gone. Keep your doors unlocked for a night, and at dawn, you may not find your weapons, spell books, or special herbs. Their long fingers reach even into the deepest of pockets; their sense of mischief will attract them to the most troublesome situations. Banish them, curse them out. Whenever shadows are cast, they sneak their way back to wherever they are unwanted. Keep the windows closed and doors locked, some may say. Use some guarding spell, says others. Truly talented thieves may never be chased away. Yet, it is not to say that our treasures and valuable goods cannot be protected. You have probably already heard a tale about the Staff of Light. Extreme power and electrifying magic. It is a weapon to negate any skill of the most sneaky thieves that are here. Do not worry; it shall not hurt them. Just teach them a lesson that is older than the world: stealing is never okay.
