Having various connections has been a great advantage since the old times. It could get you multiple benefits, from uneasily accessible items to well-paid jobs. And while the world has changed, this concept has remained. Since this new world is full of unpredictable events, it is necessary to know hidden or forbidden information. For this reason, the thief skill known as the Exploiting Connections was invented. It is said to be one of the most deviant skills a thief can possess, as it allows gaining the upper hand in any situation. This mysterious skill is said to be a closely guarded secret among thieves. It is believed to date back to the time of the first Spellfire's thieve's guilds when members would use any means necessary to gain an advantage over their rivals.
