Story

You know that feeling when you're about to do something, and your body instinctively tenses up and prepares for impact? That's your inner reflex at work. The inner reflex is an involuntary response that helps protect our bodies from harm. It is a survival mechanism that is hardwired into our nervous system and causes our bodies to tense up and prepare for impact when we are in danger. These reflexes happen so quickly that we don't even have time to think about them. There are different types of reflexes, and they all work to keep us safe. Without them, we would be more susceptible to injury.
