Since there have been cases in history where too frequent use of magic has not only disrupted the rhythm of life of others but has also affected the frequent users of magic, a law has been introduced stating that magic cannot be used without the consent of others. However, this world is not without many cases of Force Majeure, where you have to choose between being right and being safe. Battles are fought almost every day, so the rules are broken all the time. And even though they are sometimes broken for a noble cause, you still have to face justice and answer for it later. In order to alleviate the consequences of the free use of magic, the ancient wizard created something that could circumvent the situation. It is known as the Scroll of Permission. Owning this scroll means being independent and free in using magic spells. It bypasses all restrictions on magic, so you can use your spells without the permission of others. It can be useful in many situations, from using magic for your own purposes to use it against others. But falling into the hands of an evil creature can have bad consequences.
