There are many laws and regulations in Frozen Fire. But not everyone always adheres to the rules. To avoid and prevent these situations, you need someone who will control and keep the order. In Frozen Fire lives The General - the guardian of order. He has control over the heroes of these lands. Thus, they must inform him of all hostilities and ask permission to enter combat. If not - they'll be punished for disobedience. Everyone respects his word, and punishment is severe if his orders or instructions aren't followed.
