Several Runes are in possession. Every upgrade gives an additional rune to use. Casting a subsequent rune cancels the current rune.

Story

The story of the Psychic Runecaster is dark and mysterious, and nobody knows where did he learn the psionics from. He excels at telepathy and psychokinesis and can easily manipulate things with his mind and change a sequence of events. Psychic Runecaster easily transmits information from one person's mind to another. He can create scenarios and modulate situations to suggest different variables and possible outcomes. He is a life change, but usually not for good.
