Story

A wizard once told a story to a passing traveler, who has since passed this story on to others. The story has been retold many times, and now no one knows what truth or fiction is. The story tells of one of the greatest wizards of all time that disappeared under mysterious circumstances. People used to say that he was the keeper of God's power, and there wasn't anything that could stop him from being more powerful in the world. God favored this wizard since his birth, but many debated whether all this power was a gift or a curse. The other wizards who knew Night Ratling mentioned that he hated being this way and wished for a simpler life. One day, this wizard vanished into thin air, leaving everything behind. Many people tried to figure out his disappearance, but no one could find any clues or explain what happened. Rumors started to spread, and eventually, people began to speculate that he used his power to change his appearance so that no one could recognize him. The only reminder of this wizard was that every night since his disappearance, people noticed that some of their belongings would disappear and reappear in the strangest places.
