Half of the champions in the pool (rounded up) must be placed in Limbo. They come back to the pool after the complete round. Then the other half goes to quarantine for another entire round.

Story

Imagine living your everyday life, and then suddenly, everything changes in an instant. This was the reality for many citizens of Spellfire, who were struck by a mysterious force that had the power to change their lives completely. The force was known as the Quarantine. Everything that these citizens had done before was no longer possible, and if they disobeyed, they would be punished severely. No interaction was allowed with anyone, and locals were completely isolated from each other. They were being watched constantly, and nobody knew for how long this would continue. Only those who did not give up and fought for their freedom managed to escape. From that day, they knew that there was nothing more precious than freedom.
