In the lands of the Wet Deserts, you can find one of the world's most spectacular cities. Although it is in the middle of a dangerous desert, the atmosphere here is one of tranquillity. But it's not just because of the landscape. Here stands a unique temple complex whose origins are steeped in various legends. These triangular-shaped temples date back many centuries. It is said that they may have been built when no one was even physically and technically capable of building them. So, as a result, rumors are rife that they may not even be the work of the inhabitants of this world! Because of their majestic appearance, temples have been used for centuries to bury members of the royal family. But since the pharaohs are long gone, today, one of the pyramids serves a different purpose. As darkness and magic enveloped the world, the top of the Great Pyramid suddenly started to glow. It glowed so intensely that its light could be seen from the farthest corners of the world. Those who felt in danger gathered their belongings and headed towards the beam. They believed that once they reached the point of the beam, they would be safe. But the beam also attracted the attention of magical creatures. And some of those creatures were not peace-loving. Soon, crowds gathered in the city, seeking refuge. But when evil creatures appeared too, even the seekers of refuge had to fight back. Although the chances of victory seemed slim for ordinary beings, in one fatal moment, the city was bathed in dazzling light, and all those who fought for peace gained psionic powers. This helped them to win the battle and beat the villains, and the Great Pyramid has been a symbol of psionic powers ever since. After that day, the pyramid was named the Temple of Initiation. The local inhabitants are prepared to sacrifice even their own lives for the sake of this temple. It is believed that as long as this temple last, so will psionic powers.
