This interactive card is unique because you can choose your upgrade path yourself. You have two options to choose from at every level, and only one of them will be available to use in a match. Choose wisely!

Story

Have you ever dreamed of being a ruler, even if only for a little while? Well, with the power of I Make The Rules, now you can! With this rule, you have complete control over the world around you, and you can change the rules to suit your desires. If you don't like the previous leader's rules, you can simply change them to whatever you want. And the best part is that everyone will have to follow them. Now that you have the power to make the rules, what will you do with it? Will you be generous and kind-hearted, or will you be mean-spirited and cruel? The choice is yours, but remember - what goes around comes around!
