This ally can have few big bonuses. For the most part, unless this card is played with an avatar, this card will have a bonus of +3 to +9. However, there are lots of cards that can do that, and even more that double total level (like Complete Surprise (25/NS) or Mirror Image (58/AR)), so why play this card?
The only reason that I can come up with is to use it with the event Morgian, God of Disease, Strikes (95/DL). That's why it is a Dragonlance ally.
However, this one combo does not an evil card make, and therefore there are much better allies to use.
