In a far-off land, there was a small village whose symbol was the sun. The locals even had a different name for it: they called it the Sowilo. They believed that it brought the success of the goals, optimal health, and elemental power.
The villagers had always revered the sun and thanked it for the blessings it brought. They would hold grand celebrations in its honor, and the sun would always shine brightly during these events as if it was also happy to be a part of it.
Despite being a successful place, once, the village faced failure. One morning the locals found out that all of the animal enclosures were mysteriously damaged, resulting in all of the animals running away. Everyone believed that it was the nearby villagers' prank who was always jealous of the success this village had. But there was no time to confront them. Everyone needed to act quickly, find the missing animals and bring them back home unharmed. So all the men of the village set out on a search. For their journey to be successful, village women made amulets with Sowilo and gave them to the men. It was believed that with this kind of amulet, the sun would watch over them and bring them good luck. And so the men took off.
The road was not easy because the animals ranted to different sides. But the men were determined to bring each of them home. It took a few days of hard work, but the villagers eventually succeeded in bringing all of them back to safety. Upon their return, the whole village celebrated the success with a grand feast. The sun shone brightly that day, and everyone knew that it was a sign of good fortune and happiness.
Over time, the Sowilo was adopted by many more Spellfire nations. Now it is used for even purposes. Some say that it gives strength when fighting against dark forces.
