Long ago, evil forces roamed the land, taking control and enforcing their own twisted laws upon the creatures of this world. The Gods looked upon this with sadness, for they had created this world and its inhabitants, and they saw that their creations were suffering.
In response, the Gods made a pact, signing it with their divine blood. This pact was to protect the creatures of the Spellfire from the evil forces that sought to monopolize it with their rules. They created a holy sheet of paper, known as the Decision of Gods, which allowed those who opposed evil to change the rules.
The Decision of Gods was used for thousands of years, passed down from generation to generation by those who sought to protect the world from evil. To this day, it remains well-guarded from those who would use it for their own selfish purposes.
